Sandra Butler, MPH
Director, Design Impact
Sandra is the Director of Design Impact at the Mass General Brigham Springboard Studio. In this role, Sandra is responsible for partnerships, program design, strategy and growth. Sandra believes talent is equally distributed around the world, but access to resources is not. This belief system is informed by the first part of her career working for USAID-funded programs, including two years living in Kampala, Uganda, addressing zoonotic disease outbreak mitigation. Now at Mass General Brigham, that belief system is sustained and well-aligned to engaging frontline providers, staff and patients in design-thinking to make healthcare more user-friendly. She is thrilled to work for a team within a health system that brings the voice of the customer into the design of new tools, programs and care delivery. Sandra holds her BA from Colgate University and her MPH from Boston University School of Public Health.
