Chi advises healthcare organizations—including physician groups, independent physician associations, hospitals, foundations, and pharmacies—on mergers and acquisitions, contracting and operational matters, and corporate governance, and helps clients navigate complex regulatory issues such as information privacy, the corporate practice of medicine and the Anti-kickback Statute and Stark Law. Drawing on her prior in-house experience as Associate General Counsel at a national physician practice company, she brings a practical, business-oriented perspective to each matter and previously led deal teams on more than 35 acquisitions across multiple states, guiding transactions from diligence and structuring through integration and implementation.

Amy counsels hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations on complex transactions, regulatory diligence, compliance integration, and operational risk. A former Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel—and an oncology nurse by training, —Amy brings a rare combination of clinical perspective and more than 25 years of healthcare legal experience. She delivers practical, execution-focused strategies that support transaction planning and post-close alignment, while helping organizations build and strengthen high-performing legal and compliance functions.
